The singer recently sent out a teaser tweet about the possibility of the Italian design house creating new costumes for the upcoming North American leg of her Born This Way Ball.
"THE BORN THIS WAY BALL is getting a face-lift for America," she tweeted. "I heard rumors @Versace IS CUSTOM DESIGNING ALL THE CLOTHES AND NEW LOOKS."
Perhaps Gaga has plenty of space to fill in her closet after auctioning off a few of her iconic costumes? Her choice in designers comes as no surprise, given the fact that Gaga has been known to go gaga for Versace designs. We recently spotted her in the fashion house's classic safety pin dress, and she even posed topless with the brand's designer, Donatella Versace, during Paris Fashion Week.
We don't expect anything less risqué for the new crop of costumes. Versace's trademark is, after all, sexed up looks featuring fierce animal prints and luxe leather.
One thing's for sure: we can't wait to see the custom pieces the brand will create for Lady Gaga.
