Interactive games have been making a move from your small screen to the big screen for a while now, which means plenty of hot Hollywood celebs taking on the roles of badass characters—and now we have another to add to the list.

Tom Hardy has reportedly been cast to star in the film based on Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell video game, which obviously got us excited, but also made us think of another actor who's signed on to a different video game flick. (Hi, Michael Fassbender!)

Instantly, a battle has begun.

Hardy will play Sam Fisher, a covert operative who has thus far been put on six missions covering six installments of the game. Judging by his work as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises, Tom has great potential.

Then there's Fassbender, who signed on to star in and coproduce Assassin's Creed—based on the time-traveling, action-packed game of the same name—in July. And let's face it, Fassy's been a superhero (as Magneto in X-Men: First Class) and an android in Prometheus.

So it comes down to this: Who do you think will kick the most ass and look hotter doing it? Let us know in the comments!
