Selena Gomez Hangs With Ryan Seacrest in Texas as Justin Bieber Cruises Streets of L.A.

Newly single singer-actress is on hand for opening of Seacrest Studios at Children's Medical Center of Dallas

Selena Gomez isn't about to let a Justin Bieber breakup keep her from spreading joy to others.

But while the Biebs was getting pulled over by cops in L.A., Selena joined pal Ryan Seacrest for the opening of Seacrest Studios at the Children's Medical Center of Dallas.

"Today's the day! Opening #seacreststudios w/@ryanseacrest &@ryanfoundation at @childrenstheone. Such a great day!" the newly single starlet, 20, tweeted Wednesday.

"I'm so proud of @ryanfoundation's #seacreststudios w/ my family and @selenagomez in Dallas today at @childrenstheone," Ryan tweeted.

Seacrest Studios, which brighten kids and teens' hospital stays by letting them explore TV, radio and new media, also has locations in Atlanta and Philadelphia. They're all part of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, which hopes fun, multimedia experiences can help uplift patients' spirits.
