UPDATE: DiCaprio has now listed the home as available for lease. The rent? Only $75,000 a month.

The J. Edgar actor's Malibu property is currently on the market for a whopping $23 million. So what does that kind of a price tag get you?

Well, for starters, it should be pointed out that DiCaprio's pad is roughly 6,000 square feet, because it is actually three separate houses on one large lot, a realtor from Trulia tells E! News.

Built in 1927, the property boasts a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms as well as a lavish outdoor area that features a beachfront deck, a fire pit and several private gardens.
