Election Day is finally here, but many celebrities have shown their patriotic pride long before lining up at the polls.

While many citizens will settle for a good ole American "I voted" sticker or some star spangled style to show their patriotic pride, stars like Katy Perry, Beyoncé and Sharon Stone have been a little more creative.

Casting a ballot just wouldn't do for Perry, who decided to wear one. The singer, who has performed at campaign rallies for President Barack Obama, gave audiences members a clear indication of her preferred candidate with a tight white ballot dress complete with a box ticked next to the incumbent president's name.  Most recently, she gave the term fashion-forward her own spin with a form-fitting  blue mini emblazoned with Obama's "Forward" reelection slogan.

Other stars, like Beyoncé have taken a more subtle route, choosing to reveal their political support through accessories. Bey sported Obama bling in the form of gold hoop earrings by Puerto Rican designer Erika Pena, while Stone relayed a political message through an Obama messenger bag.
