It looks like Hulk Hogan has gotten at least one of his lawsuits pinned down.
The wrestling legend has settled the civil lawsuit he had filed against Florida radio shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge (real name Todd Alan Clem) in connection with the release of a sex tape starring Hogan and Clem's ex-wife, Hogan's rep tells E! News.
Terms of the settlement, though, are confidential.
Hogan's personal litigation attorney, David R. Houston, says "Mr. Bollea is pleased that Mr. Clem finally stated the truth and apologized for his false statements."
Meanwhile, Hogan's $100 million civil lawsuit against Gawker Media, which posted excerpts of the sex tape on its website, remains pending.
Last week, a federal judge denied Hogan's petition for a temporary restraining order that would have required the website to take the one-minute, 40-second snippet from the tape down.
A hearing on Hogan's request for an injunction has been scheduled for Nov. 8.
