Kim Kardashian put the emphasis on "up" in Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Thursday.

Along with sibling and fellow E! star Kourtney Kardashian, Kanye West's better half found herself heading north on a ladder for a photo shoot atop a house belonging to New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.

Decked out in a white top and a leg-baring skirt, Kim's jaunt was made all the more precarious by the fact that she was also wearing a pair of killer heels.

Rooftops? Heels? The gal definitely gives new meaning to high fashion!
