Single in the city definitely suits Katie Holmes!

The 33-year-old actress and fashion designer attended Narciso Rodriguez Kohl's Collection Launch Party Monday night in New York.

Looking chic and polished in a basic black dress and nude pumps, Tom Cruise's ex gave her famous half-smile for the cameras.

In September, Katie and longtime stylist Jeanne Yang debuted their spring 2013 Holmes & Yang collection during New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. The Dawson's Creek alum has also been busy doting on daughter Suri and rehearsing for her return to the Great White Way in Dead Accounts.
