The E! star—who glowed in a royal blue gown—also took to Twitter to share how much fun she had at the event:
"Lots of laughs last nite at The Angel Ball w my best friends Thank u @Denise_Rich 4 the beautiful event w a cause that's so close 2 my heart," she wrote.
The good-looking couple just returned from their romantic Italian getaway, a surprise from the reality star's rapper BF for her 32nd birthday.
