Looks like the next round of X Factor contestants might go to a different home for this judge.

Singer Britney Spears has decided to build family memories in a new, beautiful house in Thousand Oaks, Calif., E! News has exclusively learned, and it only cost $8.5 million.

Practically a steal, right?

Spears' new pad, built in 2010, is slightly under 8,500 square feet and has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a pool and fireplace.

But for $8 million? Isn't that a bit much?

Well, the recording star's fortune was drastically increased recently by signing up to be a judge on The X Factor for a reported $15 million. Before that, Spears had already secured herself a healthy $32.4 million in cash, property and other assets, according to documents obtained by E! News.

We think it's safe to say, Britney will be just fine.
