Alessandra Ambrosio's 3 Rules for a Hot Post-Baby Body

Victoria's Secret model spills three secrets to getting your body back in shape after a having a child

It's no secret that pregnancy wreaks havoc on your body—and it's also no secret that getting your post-baby body back is no cake walk, either!  

However, new mom (and mega-gorgeous model) Alessandra Ambrosio seems to have a plan for this problem. We recently caught up with her at amfAR's Inspiration Gala and begged her to spill three of her slim-down secrets.  

Here's what she told us about how she shed those pesky pregnancy pounds:

1. Don't waste any time! Alessandra only had a few months after giving birth before she was due back on the runway, so she started working out again as soon as she could. This helped her get back into pre-preggers shape. 

2. Eat healthy. Greens and lean protein are two of Alessandra's diet "dos". "Maintaining a healthy diet is a huge part of the battle when it comes to bouncing back after a baby," she says. 

3. Exercise, of course! Alessandra does SoulCycle at least two times a week and also loves Pilates. "Anything you can do to get your body moving is a step in the right direction!"
