Bill Rancic is heading back to the Apprentice!

The 41-year-old new dad, who won the show's first season, won't be sitting in Donald Trump's boardroom as a contestant this go-round, however.

Instead, Rancic will be returning to the show as a mentor.

"It's hard to believe it was almost nine years ago that I won the first season of The Apprentice," Rancic told E! News exclusively. "Had it not been for The Apprentice and Donald Trump, I wouldn't have met my wife through an interview with E! News.  It's always an honor when Mr. Trump asks me to come back to the show. Over the years, I have been a boardroom advisor several times, but am most excited to be a part of this All-Star season. I have a strong feeling it's going to be the most entertaining celebrity season yet, and I look forward to being a part of it."

Some of the show's most memorable (and notorious) celebrity cast members will also be returning for the first-ever season of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice when the show begins filming in New York Monday.

Trace Adkins, Stephen Baldwin, Gary Busey, Penn Jillette, Lil Jon, Dennis Rodman, Dee Snider, and Bret Michaels have signed back on to represent for the men's squad.

Meanwhile, Lisa Rinna, Marilu Henner, Claudia Jordan, Omarosa, Brande Roderick and La Toya Jackson will be back to compete for the women's team.

And mentoring that group of celebs isn't all the Giuliana & Bill star has on his plate.

Bill and his wife, E!'s own Giuliana Rancic, recently welcomed their first child, Edward Duke, on Aug. 29 via gestational carrier.
