Miley Cyrus and Mom Tish in Good Health Despite Sporting Matching Arm Bandages

What's wrong with your arm, Miley Cyrus?

The pop princess and her mama Tish were both spotted sporting neon yellow bandages around their arms earlier today after leaving the doctor's office in Tarzana, Calif.

But don't worry, Miley fans. Liam Hemsworth's gal is not injured.

A source confirms to E! News that the 19-year-old "Party in the USA" singer and her mom were just getting routine physicals and no illnesses were involved.

Miley, who was dressed casually in black flats, printed leggings and a loose black tank, took to Twitter earlier this week though to complain about feeling not so hot. "Ear ache," she posted, along with a sad face.

Hopefully Cyrus isn't feeling under the weather anymore because she's scheduled to perform at tonight's City of Hope gala in L.A. honoring philanthropist and Halston CEO Ben Malka.

Cyrus will also be joined at tonight's bash by stars like Britney Spears, Sophia Bush, Jordin Sparks and Jessica Szohr.
