Rosie O'Donnell Cops to Being Honey Boo Boo Fan, Wants to Buy Star's Family a House

Erstwhile talk-show host professes her love of the hit TLC series, which was recently picked up for several more episodes

Rosie O'Donnell is ready to redneckognize!

The erstwhile talk-show host admits to being a mega-fan of TLC's hit reality series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, giving a big shout-out to pint-size star Alana Thompson and her gonzo family.

"I love Mama June. I love Sugar Bear. I love Chubbs," she tells People, name-checking the 7-year-old's mom, pop and sis. "I love 'em all."

Just how big of a fan is she? Big enough to wanna get Boo Boo and crew new digs.

"I'd love to meet them and buy them a house," O'Donnell says about the fam, who live right next to railroad tracks in McIntyre, Ga.

In fact, she can even do a spot-on impression of Mama June: "I love 'Smoochie! Look at Mama, Smoochie! Look at the judges,'" she says in a hilarious video posted by People.

O'Donnell also pays Honey Boo Boo the ultimate compliment by comparing her to another teeny-tiny sensation: Shirley Temple.

"She has a presence and an intellect that goes way beyond her years," O'Donnell says about the TLC star.

She'll get lots of chances to see the little lady in action: TLC has just ordered additional episodes of the series, including three holiday specials.
