Um...yuck?

Hulk Hogan intends to sue over the grainy sex tape footage that found its way online this week, a lawyer for the Hogan Knows Best star tells E! News.

Attorney David Houston wouldn't say exactly when their lawsuit will be filed, or who the intended targets are, but he said in no uncertain terms that they are "commencing action."

And that comes as no surprise. Houston told E! back in March, when news of the existence of the footage first broke, that they would sue to ensure no one profited from it.

Hogan's partner in X-rated home-movie antics has not been identified. Houston said that his client was unaware that he was being recorded at the time.

An anonymous, er, donor slipped about 30 minutes of teaser footage to Gawker, which posted it yesterday. It's unclear when the tape was made, but Hogan is seen checking his ringing phone to see if it's his son, Nick, calling—an indicator that the recording was made sometime after Nick's release from jail in 2008.
