NeNe Leakes: "I Don't Know How Much Longer I'm Going to Do Housewives"

Exclusive! The reality television star opens about leaving show that made her famous

NeNe Leakes is the hardest working woman in show business.

OK, maybe not, but the Real Housewives of Atlanta star sure is moving at full speed.

She's currently commuting between Los Angeles, to shoot The New Normal, and Atlanta, where she's filming the next season of the hit Bravo reality show.

"I don't know how much longer I'm going to do Housewives," Leakes tells us.

But in the next breath, she says she's eager to follow some advice our own Ryan Seacrest recently gave her.

"He said, 'I think you should do it as long as you possibly can,'" Leakes said. "He said, 'You should do it till you can't do it anymore.' I thought that was great advice from some who has a lot of money."

But all work and no play, could make for a very boring Housewife. "I don't want to just be working," Leakes said. "I want to get laid every now and then—just kidding."

Yeah, right!

Meanwhile, Leakes admits she was nervous about joining the cast of The New Normal because "none of us really knew each other."

But fortunately, she gushed, "We've become like a little family. We all get along really well. I laugh a lot with Justin Bartha, and Ellen Barkin has become a good girlfriend. She's outspoken and I love that."
