If we missed an opportunity to see Christopher Meloni in black leather and accessorizing with whips, we will never forgive him for leaving SVU.

Now that we put that image in your head, let's talk about the fact that Law and Order: SVU is going to be doing a Fifty Shades of Grey-themed episode this season! Embarrassed? Intrigued? Emb-igued, which is a combo of both? Let us tell you what the episode (airing Oct. 10) will be about, and then you tell us your initial thoughts on it.

Anna Chlumsky (Veep) will play an E.L. James-esque character, described as the author of a "wildly successful S&M romance novel" called "25 Acts" (also the name of the episode). After a famous television host (Roger Bart) forces himself on her, Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Rollins (Kelli Giddish) try to convince her to press charges. While digging deeper into the author's past, the team uncovers a secret that could threaten to destroy her career. Broadway star Raul Esparza also guest stars as a district attorney helping with the case.

What say you SVU fans? Think it's smart of L&O to hop on the domination/submission latex-covered train? Or are they just pandering to the masses? Either way, we can't wait to see how this episode unfolds. Cue the "doink-doink" noise.
