Britney Spears Shows Off Rainbow-Hued Hair at Music Fest

"Hold It Against Me" songbird debuts her new hairstyle this weekend

Britney Spears has a new look!

The X Factor judge added a little spice to her blond locks, showing off teal, pink and blue tips at the iHeartRadio Music Festival last weekend in Las Vegas when she hit the stage with Ryan Seacrest, according to Us Weekly.

Perhaps the "Hold It Against Me" songbird got a little hair inspiration from her fellow judge Demi Lovato, who dyed the tips of her hair pink during the show's auditions this summer.
