The 25-year-old Game of Thrones stunner and MacFarlane were all smiles as they wrapped their arms around each other on their way into Mel's Diner in Los Angeles Tuesday.
Prior to lunching, the couple was also snapped kissing in MacFarlane's car.
Clarke and the 38-year-old Family Guy creator's relationship was first discovered when they were spotted holding hands and looking into each other's eyes at the HBO Emmy After-Party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood Sunday night.
