Congratulations are in order for Louie creator/star/writer/director/audio guy/craft services coordinator/etc. Louis C.K., who welcomed twins into his family on Sunday night!

Oh, we should clarify that he welcomed golden twins, as in two Emmy awards. Duh. The celebrated comedian took home the awards for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy and Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special at the 64th annual awards ceremony, and showed off his trophies to us backstage when we caught up with him after his multiple wins.

"This is the boy and this is the girl," he boasts of his new kids awards. Aren't they just adorable?

While some were puzzled over Jon Cryer's big win in the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series category, Louis tells us he's fine with losing out to the Two and a Half Men star. Why? Because he doesn't think his acting is all that and a bag of chips! (So. Modest.)

"I'm doing OK. I really am a writer, so I actually write. I can prove that. I have written things that I've written. And also, for the variety, I am a comedian. I did do that show and that was my material," he explains. "Actor, I'm not so much. I've never been hired as an actor. I gave myself the part. I didn't have that one coming…I think I got these coming, but the other ones, nah. I'm all right."

Louis wears a lot of hats when it comes to his show (has it ever been confirmed that anyone else works on that show?), so we had to ask how he does it. "I only work three days a week because I got my kids the other time of the week," he says. "I'm 45. When you get to be this age, you realize time's running out, so you start making better use of if it. You don't loiter as much."
