Lindsay Lohan's Alleged Hit and Run: Watch the Surveillance Tape

NYPD releases footage taken by cameras in the Dream Hotel parking lot

It's the moment of truth, folks. 

Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Wednesday morning for leaving the scene of an accident after she allegedly hit a bystander with her car while pulling into a New York City hot spot.

Well, the New York Police Department has since released the surveillance tape from the Dream Hotel, which captured the whole incident.

Keep your eyes to the top left, and around 10 seconds in, you'll see LiLo's car start to turn into the parking garage. Viewers can vaguely see a number of people hanging out, and then notice a man near Lindsay's car as she pulled in.

Although the tape has been slowed down, it's evident that Lohan was turning into the lot pretty carefully, and waited while others moved out of the way. 

Lastly, the man who claims Lohan swiped him can be seen following her car in the lot after the alleged hit.
