"Starting the day with a group meditate #breakfastofchampions," Katy continued, before getting sassy and spiritual: "Getting some s--t out my chakra's! #eloquent"
No word yet on what inspired Katy's journey or where in the world she happens to be (or whether her new beau John is with her), but wherever she is, that phoenix inside might be ready to...erupt?
