Glee's Lea Michele "On the Road" to Recording Debut Album

This is turning out to be quite the week for Lea Michele—and it's not even Friday yet!

Having already revealed that she is the new spokeswoman for L'Oréal Paris makeup, the Glee gal has now shared that she will be recording her debut album.

"Just had a very exciting music meeting and am proud to announce that im officially on the road to making my first album! I'm so excited," Michele tweeted to her fans.

The TV star and Broadway vet later went on to express her appreciation after receiving a ton of supportive comments, writing, "There's so much to be thankful for right now. Feeling so blessed and thankful. And I couldn't do it without all of you! Love you guys!"

While it remains to be seen what kind of album it will be, we're just glad Michele is heading into the recording studio.

That news alone is, er, music to our ears.
