Robin Roberts is feeling the love.

After eight days of chemotherapy, the Good Morning America cohost is scheduled to undergo a bone marrow transplant at a New York City hospital on Thursday.

But before getting started, the 51-year-old TV anchor taped a video message, which aired on GMA today.

"This journey is as much about the mind as it is the body," Roberts said. "Thoughts are so powerful. You've got to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel. And let me just say this lastly, I feel the love and I thank you for it. Thank you."

The heartfelt words come on the heels of the ones she shared with fans via a blog post on Tuesday.

"YOU give me the courage to keep going," she wrote. "Bless you & Onward!"

Roberts, also a breast cancer survivor, is undergoing the transplant to treat the rare blood disorder, myelodysplastic syndrome.
