Amanda Bynes' DUI arrest, two hit-and-run incidents and photos that seem to show the actress smoking, um, something while behind the wheel are just the beginning.

The actress, who has a suspended license, was pulled over by police today and subsequently got her vehicle impounded, E! News confirms.

Victor Gill, spokesperson for the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority tells us that Bynes was pulled over this morning, around 8:20, just south of Bob Hope Airport, and issued a citation for driving with a suspended license before getting her car taken away.

Gill adds that the actress was not arrested or detained.

Bynes is due back in court on Sept. 21 to address the conditions of her freedom and her bail concerning her DUI. Judge Marsha Revel noted that while she was not ordering her to be present at the initial hearing, she said, "It would seem like Ms. Bynes would need to be here in court on that day."
