Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's Sugar Bear on Crutches After ATV Accident

Mike Thompson injured his foot while "mud-boggin'." TLC rep says, "We wish him a speedy recovery"

Reality star Sugar Bear has gotten himself another boo-boo...and not of the adorable variety like daughter Alana Thompson!

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo's family patriarch Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson is on crutches after injuring his foot in a "mud-boggin'" accident. "We wish him a speedy recovery," a TLC rep tells E! News. 

So what is mud-boggin', you ask?

Mud-boggin' is basically the redneck version of mud-racing, where you race an off-road vehicle in the mud. (Get it? Good.) The TLC hit's fifth episode featured the family's mud-boggin' adventures, but no one was hurt during that outing.

Thompson reportedly injured himself while racing his ATV. He was spotted leaving a doctor's office accompanied by his ladylove June and was helped down the steps by a bodyguard.

Just be more careful next time, Sugar Bear!
