McKayla Maroney lives to vault another day!

"I'M ALIVE!!!! hahaha just kidding..(; I just woke up from my surgery a little bit ago and was told it was successful!! #ThumbsUp #ThankGod," the 16-year-old gymnast tweeted today along with an Instagram pic of her giving the whole process a thumbs-up.

Dare we say she was...impressed?

A post to her Facebook page said that McKayla may miss a few stops on the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions.

The Olympic gold and silver medalist didn't explain what her surgery was for, but she reportedly fractured her left tibia during her dismount from the uneven bars during Sunday's tour stop in Ontario, Calif.

"@McKaylaMaroney I think your the only person who can look absolutely gorgeous after her surgery... So glad everything went well. Loveyou!!!" tweeted teammate Aly Raisman, who also got a little banged up on the uneven bars over the weekend.

Get well soon, McKayla!
