From the looks of it, the gown Blake Lively wore to marry Ryan Reynolds in a top-secret ceremony last weekend was a fairly intricate number.
And now we know way more about the couture confection, straight from the designers themselves, Marchesa's Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig.
"Blake is such a stylish girl and a really great friend, so it was really a collaborative process," Chapman told E! News today following the debut of Marchesa's new Beatles-inspired collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
"It was just a wonderful, wonderful project," Chapman added.
But, probably just like the other folks involved in the covert operation that was the Lively-Reynolds nuptials, the Marchesa partners are glad it's all over.
"Huge responsibility, huge!" Chapman laughed when asked if there was a little extra pressure to get the gown (not to mention the bridesmaids' gowns) just right, considering how close they are with the Gossip Girl star.
Then, of course, there was the detail that could have gone without saying.
"She looked amazing," Chapman said.
According to details released earlier this week by Marchesa, Lively's handmade ballgown (the very one being carried in this picture) featured a draped bodice layered with rose gold and crystal embroidery. The bride finished off the look with custom Christian Louboutin shoes.
Reynolds and his groomsmen wore Burberry.
