The 25-year-old new mom looked like a natural as she took baby Camden for a stroll through a Chicago park Tuesday.
The former Hills star and fiancé Jay Cutler welcomed their first son on Aug. 8. Since then, the blond beauty has kept busy with her little one, tweeting last week that "Having a baby makes time fly. I can't believe my little peanut is already 4 weeks."
And if you want to see even more of young Camden, you're in luck. Last Friday Kristin tweeted, "Doing a photo shoot today with the baby. Can't say which magazine yet but I'll let u know when it comes out :)"
With parents like Kristin and Jay, we have a feeling he's quite the looker.
