Jordin Sparks has never looked better!

The 22-year-old Sparkle star showed off her fit, trim figure in a tiny bikini in the Bahamas. The American Idol winner, who has lost 50 pounds in recent months, looked cute and confident while vacationing with boyfriend Jason Derulo.

Sparks recently shared with E! News the secret to her slim physique. "I'm going and I'm doing circuit training for 30 minutes, so I try to keep my heart rate up. I've taken up running a little more which I never used to do before."

"I've been drinking water like it's my job," she added. "And then just really watching what I eat."

Sounds like a no-nonsense plan to us, and clearly (just look at Jordin!) it's working.
