Tom Brady's Nose Gets Smashed—Check Out His Banged-Up Mug

New England Patriots quarterback was briefly sidelined, but returned to the field to beat the Tennessee Titans on Sunday

Tom Brady gave new meaning to the phrase "takes a licking and keeps on ticking" on Sunday.

While the handsome New England Patriots QB wound up with a nose injury following a fierce tackle while playing yesterday, it didn't take long for the guy to wipe off the blood and get his bandaged schnoz back on the gridiron to beat the Tennessee Titans 34-13.

Still, the initial sight of Brady walking off the field was surely a temporary cause for concern for fans.

After all, he is one of the Pats' star players.

Plus, and perhaps even more importantly, the guy possesses one of the best-looking mugs in the league!

"Not my usual look," Brady playfully pointed out to reporters following the game, before adding: "I need some scars."

Not to mention, he still gets to go home to Gisele Bündchen. That alone probably eases the pain.
