The couple, who has been engaged for three years, married at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in Solvang, Calif. Saturday afternoon, his rep confirmed to E! News.
The Saturday Night Live star and The Avengers leading lady said "I do" in front of 300 guests, including Smulders' How I Met Your Mother costars Alyson Hannigan and Neil Patrick Harris.
Following the ceremony, wedding attendees were taken to the reception on a private lake via a hay ride.
The newlyweds began dating eight years ago, according to the site, and have a three-year-old daughter, Shaelyn Cado.
