There's something about good-looking, talented dudes named Ryan that just makes them feel at home on the E! News airwaves.

First Seacrest, now Ryan Lochte has joined the ranks of the on-air team, and the U.S. Olympian turned Joan Rivers-assisted fountain-squatter turned front row fashionisto made his presenting debut on the show yesterday, covering New York Fashion Week for the network.

So how'd he do?

Well, we already knew the man had the confidence and the on-camera experience to pull it off (you don't win the amount of medals he has without getting comfortable facing down a lens or two), and he made his way swimmingly (ahem) through his first batch of interviews, with Dwyane Wade and Calvin Klein head designer Francisco Costa, both of whom seemed to take to Lochte's interviewing skills like fish to water (OK, we're stopping now).

Proud to have you on our team, Lochte. But don't take our word for it. Check out his debut for yourself!
