Scott Speedman makes his long-awaited return to TV with ABC's stellar new drama Last Resort, in which he stars as a naval officer, the homesick XO Sam Kendal, who finds himself stuck on an island after his nuclear missile submarine crew defies (sketchy) fire orders. Yeah, Felicity this is not.
Kendal left a beloved wife back home, Christine, played by Once Upon a Time princess Jessy Schram, who introduces us to the show and her character in this exclusive clip!
Shawn Ryan's new drama "is about finding the truth," Schram explains. "I'm told that my husband is dead and then I find out that he's OK. He calls me. So then, all of a sudden, 'What the hell is going on?'"
Christine isn't going to give up on her husband and decides to put on her detective cap (OK, not really) to investigate what exactly is going on. "She's going to try her best to get to the bottom of things," she says. "Everything is very confusing; everything is very much a mystery."
