Two drivers who claim Wilmer Valderrama stiffed them out of pay for two days of work are seeking big bucks for the unpaid wages.

According to court documents filed by Thomas McNeal and James Martell Friday in Los Angeles, Valderrama hired the men as drivers from June 3 to June 4 for his YouTube breakdancing webseries King of the Floor with a promise of payment of $25 an hour.

McNeal and Martell said they worked for Valderrama for more than 18 hours during the two work days, but he never ponied up the cash.

The men are seeking damages, restitution and continuing wages totaling nearly $90,000. Valderrama's reps have not responded to E! News' request for comment on the suit.
