Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif are ready to close the book on their marriage.

Amid hopes that they might try to give things another go, the soon-to-be former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills hubby filed for divorce Tuesday, E! News has confirmed.

He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

This comes less than a month after Nassif filed for legal separation following 10 years of marriage.

He had been seeking joint custody of their three children: 9-year-old Gavin and 6-year-old twins Christian and Collin.

The reality-TV couple reportedly have a prenup, which is expected to safeguard Maloof's estimated $300 million fortune.

Earlier this month, Maloof broke her silence about the split, telling E! News, "It's been tough, it's been trying."

She's also bracing for the prospect of reliving the breakdown of her marriage, which was captured by cameras for the upcoming RHWBH season.

"It's always difficult," she said. "Even if you've had those relationships that have been difficult before and you've maybe mended those relationships, it's tough to relive it. That's what makes it difficult."
