This is no laughing matter.

Comedian Bill Cosby has, once again, found himself on the receiving end of a celebrity death hoax.

The funnyman became quite the trending topic on Monday when a "R.I.P Bill Cosby" page popped up on Facebook.

Fortunately, the 73-year-old entertainer is very much alive and well.

This is now the second time this month that Cosby has been falsely declared dead via social media.

Meanwhile, Gossip Cop reports that Rihanna has also fallen victim to such mean-spiritedness, saying a French news site claimed the Barbadian beauty had "sunk into an [alcohol-induced] coma before succumbing to a heart attack."

Thankfully, the singer, too, has lived to see another day.
