Rosie O'Donnell isn't holding back when it comes to life-changing revelations.

A week after announcing that she had suffered a frightening heart attack, the TV host has revealed that she tied the knot with fianceé Michelle Rounds on June 9, her rep confirms to E! News.

The happy celebration comes amid alarming news that Rounds had been diagnosed with desmoid tumors, a rare and life-threatening disease, and underwent surgery on June 14.

"Rosie and Michelle got married in a private ceremony in New York on June 9," O'Donnell's rep tells E! News, noting that the wedding was scheduled a few days before Rounds' surgery.

The couple had announced their engagement back in December and planned to marry in August, but Rounds' diagnosis pushed the couple to bump up their nuptials.

O'Donnell, 50, shared the happy news on her blog Monday, where she also candidly opened up about their health struggles.

"We were to wed 10 days ago but her illness forced us to postpone the wedding," she wrote, before cheekily adding, "luckily as i was in ICU that day."

"We married in private before her surgery just the 2 of us," she continued. "When we r both well enough will have the wedding of r dreams surrounded by those we cherish."

O'Donnell's rep tells E! News that the couple hope to raise awareness for those affected by Desmoid tumors by matching all donations made to Rounds via the Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation.

This is the second marriage for O'Donnell, who has four children with ex Kelli Carpenter.
