Ryan Lochte may be headed to Dancing With the Stars The Bachelor 90210, but he's not the only Olympic headliner who booked a small-screen job post-London. But, um, Stephen Colbert's interns?!

The Fierce Five—aka,U.S. gymnasts Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Jordyn Weiber, McKayla Maroney and Kyla Ross—good-naturedly showed off the boost to their collective résumés when they took centerstage on The Colbert Report last night, using their tumbling and cartwheeling skills to, well, rather hilarious if menial effect.

Unless all interns require the soft landing of a landing mat to be put in place before fetching a pencil?

We thought not.

In any case, the gold medalist quintet gamely took part in the Colbert skit, deftly tag-teaming and being generally gymnastic in their approach to the rigors of internships. And since no Fierce Five performance is complete without cut-away shots to Aly's white-knuckling, nerve-battling parents, they were in on it, too (with Stephen himself playing the part of papa Raisman). Well done, girls.

Oh, and McKayla? Color us impressed.
