Ryan Seacrest put the fun in the Olympic Games.

Apparently, the NBC mainstay was just too used to juggling jobs and, while commentating the London closing ceremony last night, couldn't be contained to just one nation's airwaves.

Photographic hilarity ensued.

"Photobombing my friends at the @BBC," Seacrest tweeted, going on to namecheck the unsuspecting anchor directly. "Whatcha doing over there @GaryLineker?"

"Fearing for my job #handsoffRyan," came the reply.

What the retired soccer player turned British broadcaster was doing was clearly failing to notice the sudden (and come on, pretty funny) appearance of a Seacrest head in the back of his shot while emceeing coverage of the closing night festivities.

But really, Ryan just can't help himself.

"Ha! Just saw video from BBC last night," Seacrest wrote this morning. "Always a fan of a live show. Sorry for being in it."

Hey, if you're gonna steal the spotlight, do it in an equal parts hilarious and menacing way on an international scale. Respect, Seacrest. We've never been prouder.
