Contract disputes are no joke—just ask the usually hilarious (and highly lauded) cast of Modern Family.

Sofia Vergara, Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, and Ed O'Neill sparked heated headlines last month when they filed a lawsuit against 20th Century Fox over salary issues, ditching a schedule table read for the show and leaving fans in a state of terror in the process.

But Dunphy daughter Sarah Hyland reassures us everything is A-OK. "Everything's back to normal," she told us at last night's Elle magazine-sponsored Songbirds Miss Me album release party, where the M.F. darling played host. "It's good."

Unfortunately for us, back to normal means the cast is back to remaining tight-lipped when it comes to spoilers. And Sarah, who looked chic in a striped Badgley Mischka dress, wasn't teasing any season-four secrets.

"I don't really have that much," she explained to us. "Gloria is pregnant and Hayley got into college, so there's going to be a lot of changes, but I don't really know."

As for whether Hayley will move in to the dorms or commute to college? We'll have to wait and see.

"I actually don't know how close it is," Sarah confessed about her onscreen university. "I have to think about that. I'm not really sure what Hayley is really doing, she's always doing her own thing."

What Sarah was happy to chat about was costar Vergara's recent proposal!

"I was there!" Sarah told us. "It was crazy because there are actually two tours of the Chichen Itza and I was on the English tour and Sofia was on the Spanish tour. So I didn't really know until we all met back up together. But it was a very exciting time, her whole family was there so it was fun."

As for what Sarah will get Sofia as a wedding gift (though she admits she doesn't know when the actual nuptials will go down), Hyland laughed, "Probably something…kinky. I don't know! What do you get the woman who has everything? I mean, you give her like a gag gift. You give her something funny!"
