Davy Jones may be gone, but his bandmates in the Monkees will not let him be forgotten.

Surviving members Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork and Mickey Dolenz have announced plans to reunite for a 12-date American tour this fall that will pay tribute to their late heartthrob singer.

Dubbed "An Evening With the Monkees," the trek will commence Nov. 8 in Escondido, Calif., and include stops in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago, Cleveland and Philadelphia before wrapping up at the Beacon Theatre in New York City on Dec. 2.

The jaunt marks the first time the Beatles-inspired made-for-TV group have taken the stage together since 1997.

Not only will the shows find the trio performing such classics as "I'm a Believer," "Last Train to Clarksville" and "Daydream Believer," but it will also feature a multimedia salute to Jones, who died unexpectedly last February at the age of 66 after suffering a heart attack in Florida.
