Grab your swimsuits and suncreen, folks, because there's going to be one exciting show on the makeshift beach today.

The superstar duo of Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings will be squaring off against fellow Americans Jennifer Kessy and April Ross in today's all-Team USA beach volleyball final at Horse Guards Parade.

If Treanor and Walsh win, that will make a record three gold medals in a row for the longtime partners.

Also on tap for Wednesday:

U.S. sprinters Carmelita Jeter, Allyson Felix and 400-meter winner Sanya Richards-Ross will try to out-race defending champ Veronica Campbell-Brown of Jamaica in the 200-meter final.

The men's decathlon kicks off, so feel free to rally behind American Ashton Eaton, who set a world record during trials and is making his Olympics debut.

Unlike the American men, who failed to snag a medal this time around, the women's boxing team will earn two, with flyweight Marlen Esparza and 17-year-old middleweight Claressa Shields still in competition in respective semifinals and guaranteed of at least a bronze. (Boxing awards double bronze.)

You can also catch the U.S. men's basketball team take on Australia, the U.S. men's water polo team—which is going for its first gold in 108 years—taking on Croatia in their first elimination round and the U.S. men's volleyball team competing in a do-or-die match against Italy.
