Sharon Osbourne isn't afraid to speak her mind.

The 59-year-old TV personality opened up to the New York Post about her rumored exit from America's Got Talent. "I just can't be fake," she said.

She's upset after her 26-year-old son Jack was allegedly fired from another NBC reality show, Stars Earn Stripes, after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. (Both E! and America's Got Talent are part of the NBCUniversal family.)

"It's discrimination, and it was badly handled," she said.

Per today's Post, the Osbourne family matriarch still remains under contract with AGT. "They can't make me do something I don't want to do," she said. "All they can do is stop me from being a judge on another network for five years."

Last month, Sharon alluded to leaving the show, tweeting: "My darling @Howard stern. Money is not the reason I'm not returning to @nbcagt, it's because..."

She cleared up the tweet (kinda) to E! News the following day, saying simply, "I will be here today, tomorrow."

Let's hope Sharon and AGT can work things out. We'd sure miss her bantering with Howard and Howie!
