Rihanna has definitely found love courtesy of MTV.

The singer's video for "We Found Love" earned a nod for Video of the Year, just one of five nominations she received when the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards nominations were announced on Tuesday morning.

The songstress tied with Drake to lead the pack with five nominations each. Katy Perry isn't too far behind, though, with four nods.

Speaking of Drake, the artist also finds himself going head-to-head with his alleged bar brawl buddy Chris Brown in the Best Male Video category—fittingly, Drake is nominated for his Rihanna duet, "Take Care." (Hide your bottles!)
