Jenna Jameson is ready to fight her drunk-driving rap.
The former adult film star pleaded not guilty today to three misdemeanor counts stemming from her May 25 DUI bust that featured her car striking a pole in a Los Angeles suburb.
Jameson was not present at the hearing; the plea was entered by her attorney.
In June, the Orange County District Attorney charged 38-year-old Jameson with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, having a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher and driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Jameson's blood alcohol level was 0.13 at the time of the accident, police said. She suffered minor injuries, but declined any medical attention. No other vehicles were involved in the mishap.
If convicted, Jameson could serve anywhere from probation to a year in jail.
A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 16.
