Sage Stallone's Death Certificate Revealed

E! News obtains the death of certificate for Sly's son by his first wife, but still no word on how he died

Sage Stallone was laid to rest in Los Angeles last Saturday. But his sudden passing remains a mystery—at least for a little while longer.

E! News has obtained the death certificate for Sylvester Stallone's son and Rocky V costar, whose body was found in his Los Angeles home on July 13.

The document noted that the younger Stallone (whose mother is Sly's first wife, Sasha Czack) passed away at the age of 36, completed "some college" and worked as a "filmmaker" for the past 22 years.

The cause of death, however, is listed as "deferred," as an investigation by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office is still ongoing.  The family will hopefully obtain answers as to how Sage died when toxicology tests come back in a few weeks.
