Kelsey and Kayte Grammer welcomed their first child, Faith Evangeline Elisa Grammer, just over a week ago, and now the proud parents gave the world a glimpse of their beautiful baby girl during a family outing in Los Angeles.
The duo enjoyed the California sunshine as they watched a soccer match and fawned over their new family addition. The 31-year-old mom showed off just how well her new job suits her as she wrapped Faith in a blanket and held her close to her chest.
This is the first child for Kelsey and Kayte who wed in February 2011 and renewed their vows last month in Las Vegas. Their bundle of joy arrived bright and early on July 13.
The 57-year-old television thesp has four other children.
In addition to expressing their delight when the twosome welcomed their baby girl, they also shared the difficult news that Faith's twin brother was lost during her pregnancy.
"We were ecstatic earlier this year when we announced that Kayte was carrying twins. Tragically we lost the little boy shortly thereafter," the couple said in a statement. They added, "A glorious birth with a lingering sadness is ours today. We choose to celebrate the life that has been given to us."
