Alessandra Ambrosio Dyes Her Dog to Match Her Shoes, or Maybe It’s the Other Way Around

Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio dyed her pooch pink recently, but it seems less like a fun fashion choice and more like an epic fail.

Rainbow hair is all the rage right now.

Pink's Willy Wonka coif is nothing compared with the furious riot of color we're seeing on Demi Lovato, Katy Perry, Hayden Panetierre, Rumer Willis and other stars.

And now model Alessandra Ambrosio is taking the trend to the next level. We are—what exactly are we feeling here? Amused? No. Pleased? Not really. We are incredibly-not-surprised to report that the Brazilian supermodel has dyed her dog, apparently in an effort to match her Jolly Rancher-colored booty...things.

We're never fans of dyeing a dog. It's a dog. It's cute enough as it is. Buy it a designer collar or something. But we can say this: We like what the human is wearing.

Black and white is turning out to be the season's chicest combo and the model mom wears it well in a roomy striped tank and tiny black cutoffs. When you have a simple outfit like that, it helps to jazz it up with stacks of bracelets and necklaces, which Ambrosio does with flair.

Now if only she would let her dog wear its natural white...
