New York City is hectic, especially if you've got the paparazzi hounding you.
Tom Cruise opted to escape the urban chaos, flying off in a helicopter Wednesday with daughter Suri to the Hamptons.
In a sweet picture of the duo taken Thursday, the Mission: Impossible star, wearing jeans and a button-down, carries Suri, clad in a pale pink dress, at the East Hampton, N.Y., airport.
The 50-year-old actor even planted a kiss on his and Katie Holmes' adorable 6-year-old daughter.
But Tom and Suri couldn't stay out east forever.
Later in the day Thursday, Suri was back in Manhattan for her gymnastics class. Katie, 33, was spotted picking up her daughter at Chelsea Piers.
And while Tom's primary residence is in L.A., it's likely he'll be spending a lot more time in New York. E! News has learned that Suri will be attending the prestigious Convent of the Sacred Heart school beginning this fall.
Paparazzi and prep schools aside, it's sweet to see how much Suri's parents really love her.
